COMPLETE FLOATING HARDWOOD STAIRCASE WITH 17 TREADS

Floating teak staircase full size, very heavy duty and sturdy. Part covered with non slip material and aluminium nosing.
These were made to order some years ago and been in situ. we are removing them as the room is being converted.

Case 10ft 3in base to top
Condition:
They require varnish and some non slip matting glued
Removal:
We will unbolt them ready to takeaway.
Collection:
You will need to arrange collection with a suitable vehicle. They will fit in a lang wheel base van or flat back vehicle. We will remove them in one pice for ease of erection.
Viewing:
We would prefer you to view prior to buying and satisfy yourself. This is an honest sale I have not mislead or misdescribed the staircase in order to sell it. It is a good quality staircase at a fraction of the price you will pay if you were buying a new one. It could do with a coat of varnish to bring it to new condition.

NOTE: The staircase will be removed ready for collection at ground level. We have had to cut a piece of the bannister to install the new ceiling. Please expect the odd hole from where the banister will be removed from the tread. You can replace this with glass or a material of your choice. In all honesty the bannister was not very good and did not fit the style of the staircase if it is to be installed in a house. This was installed to access our first floor office.
Please note these are not new, you should expect some wear and tear. The bannister will be removed prior to sale as it was cut to get access to the ceiling. Expect holes where the bannister was, which will be covered by your new bannister. I am lead to believe its teak, if this is important please bring a timber expert with you. I can guarantee it is.
